    Job description:
    • organization of construction works
    • management of construction works
    • communication with customers and subcontractors
    • control of works carried out
    • controlling of construction methods
    • checking the safety regulations and quality
    • administrative works
    • preparation of documents for invoicing

    Required education:
    university I. and II. degree - construction engineering
    Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word
    Driver license: B
    Years of experience: the practice is welcome, not a requirement
    Language skills: Hungarian - active, English resp. German – level B1

    Work, competence and responsibilities:
    • Administrative preparation of buildings
    • Search and selection of suppliers based on requested bids + orders, contracts
    • Communication with designers and construction managers
    • Completing of documentations
    • Communication with a company providing OSH
    • Providing various permits for own development projects, communication with offices
    Employee benefits:

    Required education: university II. degree - construction engineering
    Language skills: Hungarian - beginner (A2)
    Other knowledge:
    AutoCAD - advanced, CENKROS - basics, Microsoft Excel - advanced, Microsoft Word - advanced, Microsoft Outlook - advanced
    Driving license: B
    Years of Practice: 7
    Personality Prerequisites and Skills:
    • independence, precision, responsibility
    • ability to work in a team
    • reading building drawings
    • language skills are not a condition
    • experience in preparing public procurement documents is an advantage
