Our joint-stock company was established in 1998 and today it is presented on the market as a leader construction company in our region. Our production premises are in Holice, 35 km far from Bratislava.

The head Office is in Šamorín since September 2004.

Our employees are coordinated by professional engineers and technicians, who are prepared to offer high quality services to our customers.

In 2002 our company obtained a certificate for quality control system according to norm STN EN ISO 9002: 1994. It was recerified according to the norm STN EN ISO 9001:2000 in 2003.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met.
Our company Bala a.s. was awarded DIN EN 279-2 certification from TÜV Rheinland InterCert. TÜV Rheinland InterCert is a member of TÜV Rheinland Holding AG, one of Europe’s and the world’s oldest technological Supervisor Organizations. This certification recognizes that Bala a.s. has quality management system implemented in the company and qualified personnel available for all welding work as well as for non-destructive activities.
We also have a ISO 14001 certificate for Environmental Management System and certificate OHSAS 18001 for the Health and Safety Management System in our company, as well Certificate to produce steel constructions designed for telecommunication purposes and for plastic products from REHAU profiles.
